Cara-Lee's passion for the ocean, movement and helping others culminated in her teaming up with the creative Kate to give life to Stoke Physio.
An experienced physiotherapist with 11 years of treating under her belt, Cara-Lee has learnt that healing the body takes more than simply addressing the physical.
Cara-Lee lives with the philosophy that "the more you know, the less you know" and understands that what we know constantly evolves as time passes. She utilises this approach in clinic and is very open to discussing and working alongside alternative approaches to treatment, even if it's an area she isn't experienced in.
Cara-Lee, just like all the physiotherapists at Stoke Physio, believes that movement is what our bodies are made to do and will do everything she can to get you back to those activities you may be missing out on.
Having reduced her hours over the last year to adjust to being a mother, Cara-Lee is back in the clinic more often now and loving being back working alongside her amazing team. When not in the clinic, she can be found outdoors along the coast chasing after a very mobile 1 year old and her gorgeous border collie (very likely with a coffee in hand being spilled all over her!)
Leading by example, CLG lives her life to the utmost, fully embracing what it means to #spreadthestoke!
Director, Co-Founder, STOTT Pilates Instructor
Kate is the creative, organisational guru at Stoke Physio. With a degree in marketing (minoring in spreadsheets, it is joked) and a background in operations management, she makes everything smooth sailing at Stoke.
In between managing the day-to-day running of Stoke, she is also a very passionate Pilates teacher. She see's private reformer clients, and also runs group mat classes, and builds a fun, engaging workout with an emphasis on getting you to your goals through movement. Her Pilates philosophy is that as long as you're moving, and in a little bit of 'good-pain' somewhere, then you're doing it right.
When she's not at the clinic, you'll find Kate walking and running along the coast, down south, renovating (or planning renovations on) her house, and in a 2021 debut – playing AFL for UWA woman’s team!

Simon loves working on improving performance and keeping his patients in the water or getting them back onto the sporting field as soon as possible is his goal. Keen to see people happy and healthy, Simon always looks to provide patient-centred treatment taking into account each client’s personal goals and working with them to achieve those goals.

Paige joined Stoke in early 2019 after a few years of living and working in Canada. An avid sports fan who loved exploring North America's vast range of natural wonders, Paige played netball, softball, AFL and flag gridiron football participating in national championships for both netball and gridiron. She has a good understanding of sports injuries and the problems affecting the everyday athlete. Paige has previously worked with the Western Australian U19's softball team and Coastal Titans (now Subiaco) Women's Football Club.
After graduating from Curtin University in 2009, Paige worked in private practice where she gained experience in treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and sporting injuries. Her time in Canada took a focus on disability management helping people return to work following illness or injury. Through these experiences, Paige understands how pain and injury can impact day-to-day functioning and how that can affect one's quality of life. She is passionate about working with her clients to achieve their goals and work towards their best quality of life.
