Fit Five - Five Exercises, Five Rounds

It's the beginning of the year, holidays are over, and we know that you are BUSY!

 

But that doesn't mean that your fitness has to suffer! If you only have time to squeeze in a quick workout, look no further. We have put together the ultimate 25 minute workout, with just 5 exercises. 

 

So set your alarm for 30 minutes early, roll out of bed and smash this workout out before your body realises what it's doing!

 

Do each exercise for 45 seconds, rest 15 seconds, then move on.

Do the whole circuit 5 times!

  2. MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS
     

  3. SQUAT JUMPS

  4. WALKING LUNGES

  5. PUSH UPS
