Workout Wednesday: 20 Minute HIIT Workout
Today we challenge you to this 20 Minute HIIT Workout!
Not only is it super quick, but you don't need any equipment, and we promise you - you will feel the burn!
5 rounds of the following 4 exercises - 45 seconds of work, 15 seconds rest of each exercise.
Burpees
Mountain Climbers
Jumping Lunges
Side Plank Leg Raises
And repeat!
So 45 seconds burpees, 15 seconds rest, 45 seconds mountain climbers, 15 seconds rest, etc - until you've done 5 whole rounds!
